It appears Justin Fields isn’t the only injured quarterback in the NFC North.
Green Bay Packers future Hall-of-Fame signal-caller, Aaron Rodgers, confirmed Wednesday that he’s dealing with a broken thumb on his throwing hand. It’s an injury he’s been playing with since Week 5.
Rodgers’ revelation goes a long way in explaining his sub-par play in 2022, a season that by almost any measure has been one of the worst of his career.
Aaron Rodgers confirmed today his right thumb has been broken since Week 5, when the injury happened on the last play in London.
Here he is talking about it for a bit. Surgery has never been a thought and it won’t be after the season, either, he said. pic.twitter.com/FbbMOkXYtc

The Packers, 4-7, have struggled to meet 2022 preseason expectations, which had them pegged as a potential Super Bowl contender.
Rodgers has passed for 2,542 yards, 19 touchdowns, and seven interceptions through 11 games this season.
