Chicago Bears defensive coordinator Alan Williams resigned on what can only be described as a dumpster fire Wednesday.
Williams’ resignation came shortly after quarterback Justin Fields sort of blamed the coaches for his early-season struggles, which came shortly after coach Matt Eberflus said left tackle Braxton Jones is going on injured reserve.
