A perfect week! Our picks finally paid off and with a 3-0 record in Week 12. The Jaguars won a close one in an entertaining and exciting game in Houston. Meanwhile, the Steelers bullied their way past the injured Browns, and our beloved Chicago Bears were FINALLY able to win a close game with a late drive that set up a game-winning field goal.

Let’s try to ride the momentum into our Week 13 picks.

Reminder: Lines taken from FanDuel Sportsbook.

STEELERS -5.5 vs Cardinals

The Steelers fired Matt Canada and immediately generated over 400 yards of offense (Bears, are you paying attention??).

Pittsburgh should be able to run the ball it at will against the Cardinals and limit any Kenny Pickett mistakes.

Meanwhile, the Cardinals came crashing back to Earth with a blowout loss to the Rams. Like the Rams, the Steelers are a smash-mouth team that will add more hits to an already sore Cardinals team.

Pair this with the weather expected in Pittsburgh in December, and I can see the domed Cardinals wanting nothing more than to get back to Arizona and soak in a tub.

Steelers by double digits.

COMMANDERS +9.5 vs Dolphins

The Commanders got blown out on national television by a division rival eating turkey on the sidelines while the game was still going on.

They have now had extra time to stew on this and will come out ready to play on Sunday. While I don’t expect them to win the game, 9.5 points is just too many to lay with how much Sam Howell has been slinging the ball around.

The Dolphins also had ten players pop up on Wednesday’s injury report, compared to zero for the Commanders.

I expect Washington to hang around and stay with a touchdown.

LIONS -4 @ Saints

This is a dangerous spot for the Lions, but I will take them anyway.

Like the Commanders, Detroit suffered an embarrassing division loss on national television. Couple this with narrowly defeating the Bears, and I think Dan Campbell will have his guys focused for this game.

The Lions get extra prep time to face a team that might be without its top three receivers, its star cornerback Marshon Lattimore, and star pass rusher Cam Jordan.

Derek Carr is incapable of winning this game without those playmakers. Lions win by a touchdown.
