NFL Best Bets, Week 15: Packers bounce back, another upset win for the Bears (2023 Season)
Robert Deutsch-USA TODAY Sports

The Cowboys had a much easier time with the Eagles than I thought they would, and the Packers did regress to the mean a little bit in their loss to the Giants, giving us a winning week in Week 14.

It’s good to be back.

Let’s keep the momentum going in Week 15, shall we?

Here are my three best bets for

Reminder: Lines taken from FanDuel Sportsbook.

PACKERS -3.5 vs Buccaneers

Even though the Packers regressed a little last week, I expect them to pick it back up against a mediocre Bucs team.

Jordan Love has been considerably better at home vs. on the road and could get Christian Watson and Aaron Jones back this week. The Packer’s defense is also much better at home and will get to tee off on a team that can’t run the ball effectively enough to stave off the pass rush.

This is also the Buccaneers’ sixth road game in an eight-game span.

TITANS -3 vs Texans

The Titans pulled off an improbable win last week in Miami, and I think it gave their young quarterback (Will Levis) some confidence he can carry into this game.

The Levis/DeAndre Hopkins connection looks very much alive, and Derrick Henry remains a nightmare for opposing defenses.

Meanwhile, the Texans could be without CJ Stroud, Tank Dell, and Nick Collins this week, which means points will be at a premium for them.

Titans by a touchdown.

BEARS +3.5 vs Browns

The Chicago Bears certainly look like a new team in the last few weeks. The defense has become a force to be reckoned with, and the offense is doing just enough to help them get a few wins.

I think this trend will continue in Cleveland.

The Browns are riddled with injuries, including being down their top three offensive tackles. I know the Bears are dealing with injury news themselves, as Yannick Ngakoue has landed himself on the IR, but are otherwise fairly healthy.

I like the defense to get after Flacco a bit and force him into a few sacks and possibly turnovers. With the weather expected to be in the 40s and rainy on Sunday, I think the Bears run game plays a significant factor in this one and helps the Bears control the clock.

They keep the good times going with an upset win.
