The up-and-down Packers got blown out by Baker Mayfield at home, and the Titans could not take care of an injury-riddled Texans team missing its star rookie quarterback.

We were able to get a Bears cover (and what should have been a win) to salvage an otherwise disappointing slate of picks in Week 15.

Lets take a look at the Week 16 lines.

Reminder: Lines taken from FanDuel Sportsbook.

BEARS -4 vs Cardinals

Another soul-crushing loss, another cover the following week. During each of the Bears’ previous meltdowns, they managed to win and cover the following week. Despite all the noise throughout the season, this team is remarkably resilient and typically continues to fight.

The Cardinals are coming off a 49ers loss and don’t have any playmakers on the outside. The Bears’ defense continues to play better every week (with the exception of Justin Jones’ coverage ability) and should have minimal issue keeping the Cardinals’ water pistol offense in check.

This game comes down to the Bears’ offense being able to capitalize on those short fields. The Cardinals’ defense ranks 29th in yards per play, so if the Bears offense can’t take advantage here, they probably never will.

FALCONS -1 vs Colts

Losing to the worst team in the league should be a wake-up call to everyone inside the Falcons organization, from the players to the coaches, especially for a team that is clinging to their playoff lives.

Atlanta is making another QB switch from the more dynamic Ridder to the less turnover-prone Heinecke. In a game where they likely need a steady hand to win, I think this move helps them in the short term.

Also, the Colts are still without Jonathon Taylor, and it looks like they will be without wideout Michael Pittman.

RAIDERS +10 @ Chiefs

The Raiders are coming off a huge road win in which they embarrassed the Chargers. Of course, the Chiefs are not the Chargers, hence the double-digit line.

I still think this is too many points for a team finally having fun and playing for each other. Pierce has these guys fired up, and I genuinely think he will have them believing they can win this game.

Meanwhile, the Chiefs’ receiving core is a mess, and Pacheco has not yet had a full practice. I think the Raiders make this very interesting.
