Chicago Bears fill glaring needs on offense in new 4-round mock draft
The Chicago Bears attack offensive needs in this new 4-round 2024 NFL mock draft.
The Draft Network recently released a new four-round 2024 NFL Mock Draft, and the Chicago Bears ended with a four-round haul that filled most of their glaring needs on offense.
Let’s dive deeper into the most recent four-round NFL mock draft projection.

FIRST ROUND (NO. 1 OVERALL) | CALEB WILLIAMS | QB | USC
“QB1 goes first overall… enough said,” Damian Parson wrote. The Bears will make Caleb Williams the No. 1 overall selection in the 2024 NFL Draft. Williams” rare ability to create off-script magic has shades of Patrick Mahomes and Josh Allen. Williams can be a truly special quarterback at the next level.
FIRST ROUND (NO. 9 OVERALL) | MALIK NABERS | WR | LSU
“D.J. Moore, Keenan Allen, Cole Kmet, and now Malik Nabers would be a young QB’s dream supporting cast. Nabers has been compared to Moore but with more explosiveness and speed. Caleb Williams would be set up for a (potential) C.J. Stroud-esqe rookie campaign.”
The Bears are expected to have Nabers on their shortlist with the No. 9 overall selection. As Parson explained above, pairing Nabers with D.J. Moore and Keenan Allen would give Williams a wealth of pass-catching resources. Nabers should arguably top the Bears’ big board with the ninth pick.
THIRD ROUND (NO. 75 OVERALL) | AUSTIN BOOKER | EDGE | KANSAS
The Bears should address the hole opposite Montez Sweat with a mid-round pass rusher. Parson sends Kansas defensive end Austin Booker to Chicago in the third round. Booker pairs ideal length with an explosive first step. Booker recorded 8.0 sacks for the Jayhawks throughout 2023 after transferring to the program from Minnesota.
FOURTH ROUND (NO. 122 OVERALL) | DOMINICK PUNI | OL | KANSAS
The Draft Network doubles down on Jayhawks with the first-round selection of utility offensive lineman Dominick Puni. Puni played four seasons at the D-II program Central Missouri before thriving at Kansas in 2023. Puni played tackle at Kansas this past season but projects as an interior blocker at the next level. The Bears arguably have long-term needs at tackle, center, and guard, making Puni a useful mid-round pick.
