NFL Draft
Chicago Bears QB Caleb Williams is ALREADY breaking records
Chicago Bears first-round pick Caleb Williams broke a remarkable record during the 2024 NFL draft.
It didn’t take long for Chicago Bears quarterback and the first overall pick of the 2024 NFL Draft, Caleb Williams, to start breaking records.
According to ESPN’s Adam Schefter, Williams broke the Fanatics record for draft night merchandise sales.
Chicago’s No. 1 overall pick Caleb Williams broke the Fanatics record for draft night merchandise sales for any draft pick in any sport, beating the previous record set last week by Caitlin Clark.

Speculation over what number Caleb Williams would wear with the Bears began when GM Ryan Poles traded for veteran wide receiver Keenan Allen, who’s worn No. 13 (Williams’ college number) throughout his NFL career. I think it’s safe to say it was a good call by Williams to surrender that number to the veteran.
You can bet there will be a sea of No. 18 jerseys at Soldier Field this season.
