Rich Eisen can’t wait to see Caleb Williams in an NFL game
Just like the rest of us, Rich Eisen is counting down the days until Caleb Williams’ NFL debut.
Ever since he supplanted Spencer Rattler at halftime and led Oklahoma to an epic comeback win over rival Texas as a freshman, NFL fans have been looking forward to the day that Caleb Williams makes his pro debut in an actual game.
That day is drawing near, as the No. 1 overall pick in the 2024 NFL Draft is just a few months away from taking the field for real for the Chicago Bears.
Just like the rest of us, Rich Eisen can’t wait to see Williams on the field in real-game action against NFL competition:
Williams is sure to take his lumps this year, just like any rookie quarterback thrown into the fire as a Day 1 starter, but it should still be exciting from the moment he steps foot on the field in a Bears jersey.
