Bears CB Tyrique Stevenson primed for big 2nd season
Last year’s second-round pick already looks like a star in the making.
The Chicago Bears have invested heavily in their secondary over the past couple of years, rebuilding in through the draft and stocking it up with promising young talent at both levels.
One young player who already looks like a star in the making is cornerback Tyrique Stevenson, a second-round pick in last year’s draft out of Miami.
Stevenson had a stellar rookie campaign for the Bears last season, putting up some impressive numbers:
I still can’t believe we got Tyrique Stevenson in last years draft @ #56
Last years stats

If Stevenson can build on that rookie success and keep developing at this rate, it won’t be surprising if he makes a big leap in his second season, establishing himself as one of the best young corners in the entire NFL.
