WATCH: Bears DL Zacch Pickens hard at work preparing for 2024 season
One of the Bears’ second-year interior defenders is putting in the offseason work.
The Chicago Bears are still looking for someone to emerge as a dominant and disruptive force along the interior of their defensive line, and Zacch Pickens might just be the man for the job.
A third-round pick in the 2023 NFL draft, Pickens is hard at work preparing for the upcoming 2024 season, as you can see from this recent video of one of his workouts:

The South Carolina product appeared in all 17 games for the Bears last season as a rotational player, tallying 20 total tackles. If he can take the next step in his development this offseason, Pickens could command more playing time in 2024, and prove himself to be the difference-maker the Bears desperately need in the defensive trenches.
