Can the Bears have a top-5 offensive in the NFC in 2024?
A flurry of new additions this offseason could have the Bears offense flying high this year.
The Chicago Bears made some huge additions to their offense this offseason, adding a new franchise quarterback in No. 1 overall pick Caleb Williams, another stud prospect in top-10 wide receiver Rome Odunze, and one of the league’s best veteran pass-catchers in Keenan Allen.
Throw in center Ryan Bates, running back D’Andre Swift, and tight end Gerald Everett, and you’ve got a recipe for a much-improved unit heading into the 2024 season.
But are the Bears good enough to have one of the five best offenses in the NFC this year?
ESPN’s Mike Clay joined Robert Mays on The Athletic NFL podcast to break down the Bears’ potential on that side of the ball:
Regardless of whether or not they finish as a top-five offense in the NFC this season, Williams and the Bears should have their unit much improved over last year’s offering.
