Teven Jenkins working hard to improve technique
Chicago Bears offensive lineman Teven Jenkins is putting in the work this offseason to fine-tune his skill set.
The Chicago Bears need improvement wherever they can get it across the offensive line heading into the 2024 season, and Teven Jenkins is putting in the work this offseason to make sure he’s ready to do his part.
Carmen Vitali of Fox Sports recently spent some time with Jenkins as he trains in Arizona with former NFL offensive lineman A.Q. Shipley, and shared video evidence of the drills Jenkins is going through to fine-tune his technique as he prepares for the upcoming season.
Check out Jenkins going through his drills in the unforgiving Arizona heat as Shipley provides instant feedback:
Each hand was tested. Leverage. Pad level. Footwork. There was an entire workout circuit based around the big toe (seriously).
All the minutiae was fascinating — and I can’t wait to share everything about what Jenkins has been doing to step up for his team this season. pic.twitter.com/AeXIYrSYZ0
