Bears release first official training camp roster
The Chicago Bears released their first roster of 2024 training camp
Chicago Bears veteran players reported to training camp on Friday morning. Rookies reported to Halas Hall earlier this week on Tuesday, and the veterans joined their first-year teammates at the Lake Forest facility on Friday. Training camp is officially underway!
Chicago’s first practice will be a private session held on Saturday, July 20. The Bears’ first open practice will occur on Friday, July 26 (tickets are required for entry). General manager Ryan Poles and head coach Matt Eberflus were among the contingent that spoke with local media on Friday morning.
The Bears also handed out official roster sheets to those in attendance, detailing the 90-man roster with listed ages, height, weight, jersey numbers, and more for each player. Bears beat writer Nicholas Moreano was nice enough to share the printed sheet via social media.

The Bears’ 2024 training camp period will be well documented. Chicago will be the focus of HBO’s “Hard Knocks” this year, where cameras are gearing up to film the intimate bonding moments that occur throughout training camp and the preseason. Access to the official roster sheet is just the tip of the iceberg.
