Rich Eisen’s sleeper pick: Bears in the NFC title game
One national voice has high hopes for the Bears this season.
After a transformative offseason full of big moves in every phase of the game, the Chicago Bears have earned plenty of praise from various talking heads, with many projecting them to be a potential playoff contender that could surprise the league after some lean years in recent memory.
But Rich Eisen is taking things a bit further, claiming that the Bears are a potential sleeper pick not just to make the playoffs, but to make it all the way to the NFC Championship Game this season:

That’s obviously a bold prediction for a team that hasn’t won a playoff game since 2010, but it’s hard to argue with the buzz that has been building behind the Bears throughout the offseason, thanks to all the new additions they’ve made.
It feels like if ever there was a Bears team that could shock the world and make a run to the conference title game, this year’s group has a strong chance if they’re able to stay healthy and maximize their talents on both sides of the ball.
