WATCH: Every Devin Hester return touchdown

Chicago Bears all-time great Devin Hester will be inducted into the Pro Football Hall of Fame on Saturday. For a Bears fan like me who was lucky enough to experience all of Hester’s magic, it was fun to re-watch every one of his return touchdowns because of the video shared by the NFL on their X (formerly Twitter) account.

I’ve told the story before on the Bears Talk Podcast (which resumes later this month, by the way) of how Hester almost killed me. Literally. It was the opening kickoff of Super Bowl XLI, the one Devin Hester returned for a touchdown. My heart rate raced to almost fatal levels. It felt like the Bears were a team of destiny on that one play, it was the closest feeling most of us have had to Super Bowl glory.

Alas, the Chicago Bears lost that game. But Hester’s remarkable career will never be lost in the fanbase’s memory.
