Bears WR Rome Odunze is day-to-day with MCL sprain
Chicago Bears WR Rome Odunze avoided a major injury in Sunday’s win over the Tennessee Titans.
The biggest win the Chicago Bears may have had in Week 1 was rookie wide receiver Rome Odunze avoiding a serious knee injury.
Bears coach Matt Eberflus confirmed Wednesday that Odunze is day-to-day after spraining his MCL.
“It’s nothing serious,” Eberflus said.

Odunze won’t participate in practice today but could be good to go for Sunday night’s showdown against the Tennessee Titans. Meanwhile, veteran receiver Keenan Allen will miss practice Wednesday as he rests his sore heel. He should be ready for Week 2.

It’s one angle but you don’t like that mechanism
Foot trapped with a backward and potentially calf is force applied. That can be a mechanism for ACL tear
We will see what MRI shows
