Latest Chicago Bears injury report is a mix of good and bad news
The Chicago Bears received some good (and bad) news in their latest injury report ahead of Week 10’s game against the Patriots.
The Chicago Bears published their latest injury report on Thursday, and it was a mix of good and bad news.
First, the good news. Montez Sweat, Teven Jenkins, and Ryan Bates were all FULL participants. Sweat’s return to the lineup will be a boon for a Bears defense that got run all over in Week 9’s loss to the Arizona Cardinals without him. And with all the injuries along the offensive line, getting Bates healthy and back on the field is a welcome sight.

As for the bad news? Right tackle Darnell Wright missed his second-straight practice with a knee injury, and left tackle Braxton Jones was limited with a knee injury of his own.
The most concerning update on today’s injury report is Jaquan Brisker, who’s likely to miss another game while he recovers from a concussion he suffered in the Bears’ win over the Carolina Panthers back in Week 5. Brisker’s history of concussions makes this extended absence a real concern about his long-term future in Chicago.
