Caleb Williams talks Bears’ culture, confidence after huge win
Chicago Bears quarterback Caleb Williams knows that clutch victories can be valuable jumping points for the rest of the season and beyond.
The Chicago Bears left Las Vegas with an ugly Week 4 victory, but it was also a massive win for the team’s confidence, and a reflection of positive change within the team’s culture.
It took some late-game heroics and big plays in all three phases of the game, but the Bears came away 2-2 after a disappointing 0-2 start.
Addressing the media earlier this week, Bears quarterback Caleb Williams talked about how important that kind of road victory in tough conditions can be an inspiring inflection point that can lead to more success in the future:
Williams didn’t have the kind of gaudy production he enjoyed the week before against the Dallas Cowboys, but just like the rest of the team, he made key plays in critical moments that helped lead the team to victory.
It’s clear that with Ben Johnson at the helm now, this Bears team has a much different vibe, and it looks like there should be much more success in the near future.
