Bears injury report: 2 ruled out, 5 questionable for Week 7
See who’s out and who’s still in doubt for the Chicago Bears as they prepare for Sunday’s game against the New Orleans Saints.
The Chicago Bears will be without at least two players for Week 7, with a handful more still in question.
Kicker Cairo Santos (right thigh) and linebacker Noah Sewell (concussion) have both been ruled out for Sunday’s game against the New Orleans Saints.
Defensive lineman Grady Jarrett (knee), running back D’Andre Swift (groin), defensive lineman Austin Booker (knee), running back Travis Homer (calf), and linebacker Amen Ogbongbemiga (knee) are all listed as questionable.
Here’s the official report from the team:
That means another week for Jake Moody as the Bears’ kicker, after his walk-off field goal gave Chicago a last-second road victory Monday night over the Washington Commanders.
The most significant name among those with the “questionable” designation is Swift, who is coming off his best performance of the year last week. Not having him in the lineup would be a big blow to an offense that has finally started to find a healthy balance between the run and pass games.
