Bengals injury could be huge boost for Bears in Week 9
The Cincinnati Bengals could be without one of their star players when they face off against the Chicago Bears this week.
The Chicago Bears will be looking to bounce back from a disappointing loss when they face the Cincinnati Bengals this weekend, and their opponent could be without one of their star players.
Bengals defensive end Trey Hendrickson is listed as doubtful for Sunday’s game due to a hip injury:
Hendrickson is one of the most dominant pass rushers in the entire NFL when healthy, but without him, the Bengals have managed little impact on opposing quarterbacks.
The Bears have seen marked improvement from their offensive line this year after making some big additions in the offseason, but they’ll still take any help they can get.
As Chicago looks to get back in the win column after snapping their four-game winning streak last week, not having to deal with a disruptive force like Hendrickson would certainly be a huge help.
