WATCH: Ben Johnson’s postgame speech after Bears beat Steelers
See what Chicago Bears head coach Ben Johnson said to his team after Sunday’s win over the Pittsburgh Steelers.
The Chicago Bears did it again Sunday, winning a one-score game with a 31-28 victory over the Pittsburgh Steelers.
After the game, Ben Johnson was fired up in the locker room with his team, delivering yet another epic postgame speech:
That’s now eight wins in the last nine games for the Bears, who retain the top spot in the NFC North standings after 12 weeks. This was an important victory in the division race, too, as the Green Bay Packers and Detroit Lions both scored wins of their own Sunday.
There’s still plenty of work to do on defense, but Johnson and his offense is humming with quarterback Caleb Williams at the helm. The defense showed up when it mattered most on Sunday, too, making a key fourth-down stop in the final seconds to seal the victory.
With one more win, Johnson will ensure a winning season in his first year as the Bears’ head coach.
