Bears missing all 3 starting LBs for Sunday’s game vs. Steelers
The Chicago Bears defense will be missing their entire starting linebacker group Sunday against the Pittsburgh Steelers.
The Chicago Bears’ defense will be short-handed at the second level this week.
All three of the Bears’ starting linebackers have been ruled out for Sunday’s game against the Pittsburgh Steelers, as Tremaine Edmunds, Noah Sewell and T.J. Edwards will all be out of the lineup.
It’s a huge blow for a unit that has struggled with consistency so far this season, despite the fact that the Bears have won seven of their last eight games. They’ll have to once again rely on Caleb Williams and the offense to carry the team to victory again this week.
Chicago’s defense has already dealt with multiple injuries along the defensive line and in the secondary this season, and they’ll be missing key players in both of those groups Sunday, as well.
We’ll see if they’re able to overcome those absences against a tough Steelers team, as the Bears hope to remain in first place in the NFC North.
