Bears injury report: 3 players ruled out for Sunday vs. Packers
The Chicago Bears have ruled out three players for Sunday’s massive road game against the Green Bay Packers.
The Chicago Bears have released their final injury report for Week 14, and it looks like they’ll be missing a trio of players.
Wide receiver Rome Odunze, defensive back Tyrique Stevenson, and linebacker Ruben Hyppolite II will all miss Sunday’s game against the Green Bay Packers.
Here’s the full list from the team:
Odunze and Stevenson are obviously huge losses for the Bears’ starting lineup on both sides of the ball, but they have solid reinforcements at both positions. Luther Burden III could be primed for a breakout performance this week, while the recent return of Jaylon Johnson and Kyler Gordon should help cover Stevenson’s absence in the secondary.
Hyppolite’s absence is buoyed by the face that both T.J. Edwards and Noah Sewell are off the injury report after practicing fully on Friday. That should keep the linebacker position strong.
This is a massive matchup for the Bears on the road against their most hated rival, and with two key starters out, they’ll need everyone else to step up.
