Studs and duds from Chicago Bears’ crushing Week 14 loss to Packers
The Chicago Bears lost a heartbreaking game to the Green Bay Packers in Week 14. Here’s who stood out as a stud, and who struggled as a dud.
DUD: DJ Moore
Rome Odunze missed Sunday’s game against the Packers with a foot injury. As a result, Moore was expected to step up as the WR1 and prove he still has the juice to justify his four-year, $110 million contract.
He didn’t.
Moore was invisible throughout the game. He had one catch for -4 yards. He was that bad.
STUD: Luther Burden III
On the other end of the wide receiver spectrum was rookie Luther Burden, who led the Bears with four catches for 67 yards. It was an impressive showing for the first-year player who, until Week 14, had been nothing more than a rotational piece of the offense.

It’s impossible to ignore the playmaking upside that Burden brings to the passing game. He runs crisp routes, generates great separation, and is a demon after the catch.
His role will only continue to grow in the coming weeks.
