Bears legend isn’t scared of Packers in playoffs
Former Chicago Bears running back Matt Forte isn’t worried about what the Green Bay Packers are bringing to Soldier Field this week.
The Chicago Bears will face the Green Bay Packers for the third time this season, and this time, it’s win or go home in the playoffs.
Should they be nervous about this epic showdown against their most hated rival? Not at all, according to one Bears legend.
Former running back Matt Forte appeared on “The Kay Adams Show” this week to talk about his old team and their wild-card matchup. Safe to say he’s not impressed by, nor afraid of, these Packers:
The Bears handled their business in dramatic fashion earlier this year when the Packers came to town, and they’ll be hoping for another victory this time around. Hopefully, it won’t require overtime, but a win’s a win.
It would be nice if Chicago could have prime Forte out there helping out the offense, but the current version of that unit does have their share of explosive playmakers.
We’ll see if Forte is right about the Packers this weekend.
