Bears’ Kyler Gordon delivers huge injury update ahead of playoff game vs. Packers
Chicago Bears cornerback Kyler Gordon shared a promising update on his injury status for Saturday night’s playoff game against the Packers.
The Chicago Bears need all hands on deck in Saturday night’s Wild Card playoff game against the Green Bay Packers. It’s especially true on defense, where the Bears will be tasked with stopping Jordan Love, Josh Jacobs, and the Packers’ cast of skill players.
And that’s why star cornerback Kyler Gordon’s latest injury update is fantastic news.
Gordon shared his status update on TikTok, simply saying, “See you Saturday.”
Gordon began the season as one of the Chicago Bears’ cornerstone defensive starters. He signed a three-year, $40 million contract and is widely recognized as one of the best slot defenders in the NFL.

Injuries have limited Kyler Gordon to just three games this season. He’s appeared in 35 of 45 possible games during his Bears career.
“Our plan is to have him be a part of it,” Bears defensive coordinator Dennis Allen said of Gordon’s role on Saturday night. “I’m excited about getting him back in the fold and seeing what he can do.”
Having Gordon in the fold should help the Bears’ defense slow Love and his stable of underrated wideouts.
“It gives us another playmaker,” Allen said of Gordon’s return. “Obviously, it’s been unfortunate we haven’t had him much this season, but he was a guy that, coming into the season, we were really excited about. I feel like he can help us make some plays and help us win.”
