Bears shuffling offensive line for playoff game vs. Rams?
It looks like the Chicago Bears will be making some changes to their offensive line for Sunday’s game against the Los Angeles Rams.
The Chicago Bears’ offensive line could look a little different this week.
Left guard Joe Thuney is expected to move to left tackle for Sunday’s playoff game against the Los Angeles Rams, according to Brad Biggs of the Chicago Tribune. Biggs says Jordan McFadden will replace Thuney at left guard:
The Bears lost starting left tackle Ozzy Trapilo to a knee injury in last week’s comeback win over the Green Bay Packers.
It’s a big change for the Bears ahead of the biggest game of the year, but Thuney has seen this before, making a similar move when he was with the Kansas City Chiefs. Hopefully, it works out for Chicago this time around, and the All-Pro can help keep Caleb Williams protected against a talented Rams defensive line.
