Caleb Williams does it again, connects with Luther Burden for big TD vs. 49ers
Chicago Bears wide receiver Luther Burden made his presence felt early in Week 17’s Sunday night game against the San Francisco 49ers.
The Chicago Bears (11-4) are fighting for the No. 1 seed in Week 17’s clash against the San Francisco 49ers (11-4), and the Sunday night showdown has been as good as advertised early.
After beginning the game with a pick-6 touchdown by TJ Edwards, the Bears surrendered two scoring drives to Brock Purdy and the 49ers, falling behind 14-7 in the first quarter.
Then came the connection between Caleb Williams and Luther Burden III. And a lethal one it was.

Williams began the game with two three-and-outs before that scoring play.
As of the time of this post, Williams is 4-of-8 for 61 yards and the touchdown. Burden already has two catches for 45 yards and his score.
