Ben Johnson highlights importance of trust in clutch moments
Chicago Bears head coach Ben Johnson talks about which offensive weapons he can rely on when the game is on the line.
Ben Johnson has plenty of explosive weapons in his Chicago Bears offense.
From talented pass-catchers like Rome Odunze, DJ Moore, Colston Loveland and Luther Burden III, to a two-headed monster in the backfield, Johnson has no shortage of options for Caleb Williams to distribute the ball.
But how does Johnson decide who gets the ball in the most critical moments?
It all comes down to trust:
Reliability is critical in those clutch moments, as pure talent only matters if you know how to execute with the game on the line. Many of those players have proven they can be trusted this season, but the stakes are even higher now in the playoffs.
If the Bears need a key play in a big moment this weekend against the Packers, it’ll be interesting to see who Johnson and Williams trust to come through.
